Cancellation Policy

-Pricing: Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition and or size. We'll confirm before starting. -Deposits & Booking: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost. Deposits vary by service tier and will be clearly communicated at the time of the booking confirmation. -Cancellation & Rescheduling: Same-day bookings are not eligible for deposit transfers if cancelled or rescheduled, Due to the limited notice and impact on scheduling, deposits for these appointments are non-transferable. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 8 hour notice. When this policy is met, your deposit will be fully transferred to your new appointment date. Reschedules requested less than 8 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit & require a new deposit to rebook. -Weather & Mobile Conditions: In cases of inclement weather or unsafe working conditions, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. -Client Arrival Expectations: We ask that your vehicle be present and accessible at the scheduled time and location, If your vehicle is not present or accessible at the scheduled time and location, it will be considered a no-show and subject to deposit forfeiture. If we are required to wait more than 5 minutes beyond your scheduled appointment time, the service will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. This policy ensures fairness to our technicians and other clients, and helps us maintain the highest standards of service.
